The challenge with Boise Hears was adapting their comprehensive 360 hearing care from prevention to therapy and devices into a digital experience that matched their new, refined brand. The existing site, or the approach before the revamp, likely struggled to balance being highly informative with a minimalistic aesthetic, often leading to content that felt either overwhelming or too sales-driven, rather than truly empathetic and story-driven.

Our solution involved a complete rebuild of the sitemap from scratch. We meticulously crafted a clean, approachable, and minimalistic content strategy and user experience. The key wasn't to list every service like a catalog, but rather to use powerful storytelling. We focused on demonstrating how Boise Hears' services profoundly improve daily life, allowing visitors to see themselves reflected in the pain points we found during our research. This helps us to connect with each buyer persona on a personal level, rather than leaving them with a shallow feeling of being 'sold,' which aligns perfectly with their new brand voice and service philosophy
