We found that #Not-Me's original website, while well-intentioned, suffered from a common challenge: it was trying to speak to two very different audiences—individuals seeking a safe space to speak up, and organizations looking for an HR partner solution, all on a somewhat unified platform. This mixing of content created a complex, often confusing user journey, forcing visitors to wade through irrelevant information to find what applied to them. It inadvertently diluted their powerful message and made it difficult for each user persona to quickly grasp their specific solution.
Our approach was to fundamentally rebuild the entire sitemap from the ground up. Through a thorough research phase, we meticulously identified the key features and messaging crucial for each user persona. This allowed us to strategically eliminate content that wasn't relevant to a specific user path, creating highly focused and streamlined experiences. The core of our solution involved developing dedicated, client-type-focused landing pages, each precisely crafted to address the unique pain points and solutions for individuals or organizations, ensuring visitors instantly connected with the content meant for them and could move quickly towards their specific goals.

This was a truly complex but rewarding project. We successfully decluttered #Not-Me's digital presence by completely rethinking their sitemap and creating distinct user journeys. The new, persona-focused landing pages mean visitors now land directly on content that speaks to their specific needs, driving incredible clarity. We transformed their site from a mixed message to a highly intuitive platform, significantly enhancing user experience and streamlining their conversion paths for both individuals and organizations.

"For our #Not-Me website revamp, Ronald was perfect. He really understood our two different audiences and guided us through rebuilding our site map step by step. Now, we have a modern, easy-to-use site that speaks to everyone. We're happy with the process and the results. A true professional!"
